When Meatsmith opened in Fitzroy in 2015 its aim was to serve a community of home cooks with quality heritage meats, skilled butchery and a chef’s point of view.

In their first cookbook, Meatsmith: Home Cooking for Friends and Family, Andrew McConnell and Troy Wheeler celebrate this ethos in over 80 trusted recipes that are as much about the exchanging of knowledge and ideas as they are about eating and drinking well.
